摘 要:目的对表皮葡萄球菌进行DNA分型并分析其多态性,为临床提供采用RAPD分析表皮葡萄球菌同源性的方法。方法用随机引物RAPD1,对眼科病房分离到的21株表皮葡萄球菌菌株DNA做RAPD并对其做药敏试验。结果以电泳图谱条带的差异对分离株的DNA分析后,21株表皮葡萄球菌分5个型别,其中属Ⅰ型的菌数占71%。结论RAPD技术能在DNA水平上对表皮葡萄球菌分型,其方法快速、简易、特异、可靠,适用于该菌致医院感染的追踪及流行病学研究。OBJECTIVE To type Staphylococcus epidermidis and analyze its polymorphism by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), and provide the method for analysis of homogeneity of S. epidermidis. METHODS Twenty one collected strains from ophthalmology ward were analyzed using random primer RAPD1 with RAPD. RESULTS On the basis of bands, difference of clinical strains was analyzed. Twenty one strians of S. epidermidis were divided into 5 patterns. Among them type I taken 71 percent (15/21). CONCLUSIONS Typing of S. epidermidis by RAPD at molecular level is very rapid, easy and reliable. It can apply to track pathogens of the hospital and study epidemiology of the bacteria.
