摘  要:提出一种基于实用动态安全域的输电系统概率动态安全评估模型。该模型计及了负荷和发电节点注入功率的不确定性、预想事故的不确定性、事故发生地点、故障切除时间及负荷中感应电动机负荷比例的不确定性。安全域的数学描述使注入功率不确定性和电动机负荷比例不确定性的计及变得简便。概率安全性评估的结果能够指导运行人员进行预防控制。以NewEngland10机39节点系统为例验证了所提出的数学模型,并用Monte-Carlo方法加以检验。The paper presents a practical dynamic security region (PDSR) based probabilistic dynamic security assessment model. Uncertainties in loads and generation power injections, probabilities of critical contingencies, uncertainties of fault occurrence locations, uncertainties of the fault-clearing time and uncertainty of motor loads proportion in total load are to be considered in this model. The practical mathematic description of dynamic security region makes it easy to take account of the uncertainties of power injections and motor loads proportion. The results of probabilistic dynamic security assessment can be applied in making decision of preventive control. Test results on the New England 10-genarator 39-bus system is presented. With the comparison between the results of Monte-Carlo simulation and that of the approach proposed by this paper, the effectiveness of this approach has been proved.
