摘 要:提出了四桥臂三相逆变器的特定谐波消除控制(selected harmonic elimination,SHE)方案。传统的SHE思想利用傅里叶分析建立消除低次谐波的方程,在单相逆变器和三桥臂三相逆变器中得到较广的应用,该文将SHE思想扩展应用于四桥臂三相逆变器中。4个桥臂开关管的控制脉冲产生思路为:①逆变器的3个桥臂采用SHE技术消除6k±1次谐波(其中k为1、2、3…);②通过第四桥臂产生和其余3个桥臂产生的3k次谐波相抵消的低次谐波。此方法消除了四桥臂逆变桥产生的所有低次谐波,输出电压总谐波含量(ηTHD)小,开关频率低,适用于中大功率中高频输出的应用场合。采用本控制方法的四桥臂三相逆变器还具有不平衡负载下相电压不平衡度小、输入直流电压利用率高等优点。仿真研究和实验结果验证了理论分析结论。该文的拓展型SHE控制思想还可以扩展应用于M桥臂M-1相输出的场合。The paper proposed the expanded selected harmonic elimination (SHE) control strategy on three-phase four-leg inverter. The control signal of the four legs were calculated by the following methods: ①Three of the four-legs' control signals produced by the conventional SHE technology, which eliminated the 6k±1 harmonics, (where k is 1,2,3…); ② The fourth leg produced the harmonics which could counteract the 3k-th harmonics produced by the other three legs. So the lower undesirable harmonics of output voltage could be eliminated. The lower switching frequency and the smaller output voltage THD are the notable advantages of the strategy. The three-phase four-leg inverter has high DC bus voltage utilization ratio, and gets almost symmetry voltage with unbalanced load. The simulation and experimentation verified the strategy. The expanded SHE strategy could be applied to M-1 phase inverters with M legs.
