摘 要:采用热天平研究了超细化鹤岗、铁法、准葛尔3种脱灰煤样(HCl/HF脱灰),及分别添加NaOH、KOH、MgO、CaO、Al2O3和Fe2O3矿物成分制成试验样品的燃烧特性。实验中气体流量为50mL/min,氧气体积百分比浓度为20%,升温速率为20℃/min。通过对所获得的热失重(TG)和失重微分(DTG)曲线的分析,比较了各种矿物质对3个煤种燃烧特性的影响。结果发现,NaOH、KOH使鹤岗、准噶尔和铁法煤的脱灰样品的着火降低50℃左右,最大失重速率温度和活化能降低;Fe2O3提高了3种脱灰煤样的着火温度,抑制挥发分反应活性;Mg、Ca、Al、Fe对3种脱灰煤样影响不同,与煤的品种有关。Each of five kinds of mineral substances (NaOH, KOH, MgO, CaO, Al2O3 and Fe2O3) was mixed into three kinds of deashed micro-pulverized coals (obtained from Hegang, Tiefa, Zhungeer) to make experimental samples for the combustion experiments, respectively. Then, using an online thermogravimetric-gas chromatographic system, the combustion experiments of these samples were conducted at the heating rate of 20℃/min and the reactive gas flow of 50mL/min where the O2 molar concentration was 20%. On the basis of the experimental results, the effect of mineral substances on the combustion characteristics of micropulverized coals was analyzed. Comparing with the deashed coals, combustion characteristic of coals with small amount of NaOH, KOH added was improved, has lower ignition temperature ,temperature of maximum loss weight rate and activation anergy, ignition temperature was lowered about 50℃. Ignition temperature of coals with small amount of Fe2O3 added was increased, reactivity of fugitive constituent is negative. For different categories of coal, Mg, Ca, Al, Fe have obvious different effect on the combustion characteristics.
