摘　　要：研究了iLBC语音编解码器的工作原理,全面分析了iLBC的技术优势,提出并分析了语音质量、丢包处理能力等衡量语音编解码器的性能指标,通过实验仿真给出了这些指标的实验结果。最后提出和实现了将iLBC语音编解码器应用于软电话中的具体方案。实践证明iLBC较G.729a有更好的语音质量。The principle of iLBC speech codec is studied, and the technical predominance of iLBC is analyzed. Some performance parameters such as the quality of speech, capacity of the packet losses disposal are proposed and analyzed. The experimental results of these parameters are given. Finally, a concrete scheme and application of iLBC speech codec which is used in the soft phone are given. It is proved that the speech quality of iLBC is better than that of G.729a.
