摘  要:完成了国产某型飞机圆弧风挡的抗鸟撞击实验,得到了风挡抗鸟撞击的临界速度及关键点的位移、应变时程曲线等数据.在实验研究的基础上,建立了飞机风挡及其相关部件的全尺寸有限元模型,应用非线性有限元程序LS-DYNA3D对整个鸟撞击过程进行了数值模拟.对比风挡和鸟体的变形过程以及位移和应变的动态时程曲线可知,实验结果和数值结果吻合较好.文中同时给出了不同速度下撞击力随时间的变化曲线,分析了圆弧风挡在经受鸟体撞击时发生破坏的可能位置.An experimental investigation into the arc windshield of a homemade aircraft subjected to bird impact was performed. The critical velocity of the arc windshield, the history curves of displacement and strain of the key point were all obtained. On the basis of the experimental investigation, a finite element model for the full-scale cir- cular arc windshield and the related parts of the aircraft was established. The whole process of bird impact was then numerically simulated using the nonlinear finite-element software LS DYNA3D. A comparison between the wind- shield and the bird in the deformation process and the dynamic history curves of displacement and strain was made, showing that the experimental results accorded well with the simulated ones. Moreover, the impact force-time curves under different impact velocities were presented. The possible location where failure occurred was finally analyzed.
