摘  要:目的了解饮茶型氟骨症患者发、尿中氟、铝、钙、镁、磷、铜、锌、铁、锰9种元素水平。方法在内蒙古饮茶型氟中毒病区陈巴尔虎旗和鄂温克旗,共选择氟骨症患者73人及对照(不饮砖茶的汉族居民)64人,采集发样、尿样。用氟离子选择电极法和时序式电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)分别测定样品中9种元素水平。利用Stat6.0软件,对分析结果进行正态分布检验和Kruskal-Wallis非参数差异性检验。结果饮茶型氟骨症组发铝、发铁、发磷及尿锰水平呈正态分布,对照组发铝、发磷、尿氟及尿铝水平呈正态分布,而两组发、尿中其他元素均为偏态分布。Kruskal-Wallis方差分析和中位数检验结果表明,饮茶型氟骨症组发铝、发锰、尿氟、尿铝、尿钙水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),而发锌、尿磷水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论饮茶型氟骨症患者发、尿中铝、锰、锌、钙、磷元素存在代谢紊乱,其中铝、锰、锌等元素在饮茶型氟中毒病情发展中的作用需进一步深入研究。Objective To study the metabolizing conditions of fluoride(F), aluminium(Al), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), phosphorus(P), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), iron(Fe) and manganese(Mn) in brick tea type skeletal fluorosis patients. Methods" In brick-tea fluorosis areas Chenbaerhu'Qi, Ewenke'Qi in Inner Mongolia, 73 skeletal fluorosis patients and 64 controls rarely drinking brick tea were enrolled, and their hair and urine were sampled. F was determined by ion selective electrode method and the concentrations of A1,Ca,Mg,P,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in samples were detected by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). Probability distributions tests and Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA, Median test of data were analyzed with the help of Stat 6.0. Results Concentrations of A1, Fe and P in hair and urinary Mn in skeletal fluorosis patients were normally distributed, and so were hair A1, hair P, urinary P and urinary A1 in control group. Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA, median test showed that hair A1, hair Mn, urinary AI and Ca concentrations in skeletal fluorosis patients were obviously higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05), respectively. However, hair Zn and urinary P in skeletal fluorosis patients were much lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05), respectvely. Conclusions Brick-tea skeletal fluorosis patients have metabolizing disorder of A1,Mn,Zn, Ca,P, and the roles of Al, Mn and Zn in the development of brick-tea skeletal fluorosis should be further studied.
