摘  要:目的探讨江苏省地方性氟中毒的区域型空间自相关性。方法利用Moran’s区域型空间自相关系数(USA)估计江苏省地方性氟中毒的局部空间自相关情况。结果水氟的Moran’s LISA分析表明,江苏省大部分地区呈区域型空间自相关,其中丰县、沛县、铜山、雎宁、新沂、宿迁、泗阳地区的区域型空间自相关性最强:而盱眙、金湖、淮安、阜宁、响水、滨海、射阳地区的Moran’s LISA为负值.说明这些地区的水氟存在较强的空间负相关。氟斑牙检出率的Moran’s LISA分析表明,江苏省大部分地区呈区域型空间自相关,其中丰县、沛县、新沂、东海、宿迁、沭阳、泗阳地区的空间自相关性最强;而盱眙、淮阴、响水、滨海、射阳地区的Moran’s LISA为负值.说明这些地区的氟斑牙检出率存在较强的空间负相关。结论江苏省水氟和氟斑牙检出率的局部空间聚集情况存在差异,并不完全吻合。提示可能还有其他因素影响着氟斑牙检出率。Objective To investigate the local spatial autocorrelation of the data of endemic fiuorosis in Jiangsu Province. Methods Moran's local indicators of spatial autocorrelation (LISA) was used to estimate the local spatial autocorrelation of endemic fiuorosis in Jiangsu Province. Results The Moran's LISA of the prevalence rate of dental fiuorosis and the concentration of fluoride in water were positively correlated. The map of LISA of the prevalence rate of dental fiuorosis and the concentration of fluoride in drinking water showed that most situations were much alike between the geographically adjacent locations if their terrains were alike. However, there were some other areas with negative correlation of the prevalence rate of dental fiuorosis and the concentration of fluoride. The "hotspots" in the map of Moran's LISA of the concentration of fluoride in water were Fengxian, Peixian, Tongshan, Suining, Xinyi, Suqian, Siyang. The "coldspots" in the map of Moran's LISA of the concentration of fluoride in water were Xuyi, Jinhu, Huai'an, Funing, Xiangshui, Binhai, Sheyang. The "hotspots" in the map of Moran's LISA of the prevalence rate of dental fiuorosis were Fengxian, Peixian, Xinyi, Donghai, Suqian, Shuyang, Siyang. The "coldspots" in the map of Moran's LISA of the prevalence rate of dental fiuorosis were Xuyi, Huaiyin, Xiangshui, Binhai, Sheyang. Conclusion Water fluoride was not exactly matched with the local aggregation of prevalence rate of dental fiuorosis, indicating the probable existence of some other factors affecting the prevalence of dental fiuorosis.
