摘  要:用0.35KGy 60Co-γ射线辐照诱变杂交稻保持系D62B干种子约0.5kg,于M2带胚糙米群体中获得糯质基因突变体D62wxB,之后通过其与D62A间的杂交、回交,育成糯稻不育系D62wxA。D62wxA与D62A相比较,除胚乳性状差异显著外,两者在生育期、农艺性状、花器性状、花粉不育特性和配合力等方面的表现均十分相似。该不育系已于2003年9月通过福建省技术成果鉴定,利用其配制的杂交糯稻组合嘉农糯优5号(D62wxA/蜀恢527wxR)具有高产、优质、适应性广等特点。A waxy mutant, namely D62wxB, was obtained from the maintainer hne D62B after 0.5 kg dry seed was treated with γ- ray of ^60Co at the dosage of 0.35 KGy and followed by a selection of M2 brown rice in embryo population. On the basis of D62wxB, a new sterile line-D62wxA was successfully developed through D62A crossing with D62wxB and then backcrossing with D62wxB. Excepted for its mutant in the trait of endosperm, D62wxA was much similar to D62A in growth duration, agronomy and panicle traits, spikelet, fertility and combining ability. In September 2003, D62wxA passed its appraisal with highly evaluated by Fujian Science and Technology Committee. A waxy hybrid rice Jianongnuoyou 5 derived from D62wxA and restorer hne Shuhui 527 wxR had exhibited its advantage in high yield, good grain quality and wide adaptability.
