摘 要:研究了普通土、营养土、有机基质、有机基质+普通土4种育秧基质对水稻机插秧苗素质的影响,结果表明:有机基质相对于其他3种基质培育的秧苗植株高大,叶片颜色深绿,叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量高;生根数多,最长不定根长,根系吸收面积大,活力强,移栽后发根力强,抗植伤能力强。有机基质是较理想的育苗基质,能够培育适合水稻机插需要的健壮秧苗。This experiment studied four kinds of substrates of raising rice seedlings: ordinary soil, nutrition soil, organic substrate, organic substrate and ordinary soil, which had different effect on qualities in rice seedling. The results showed rice seedling by or- ganic substrate was stronger, contents of chlorophyll , soluble sugar content were higher, the index (root vigor, root system numbers ect) about root system were excelled than others treatments. The result suggested organic substrate was a perfect seedling substrate.
