摘　　要：新形势下国有资产流失的犯罪给我国国民经济的发展造成了巨大的损失,成为我国经济、政治安全的巨大障碍。文章在研究国有资产流失犯罪概念界定的尺度基础上,探讨刑罚权干预国有资产流失犯罪的原则,并对国有资产流失犯罪的定义、特点、犯罪类型进行了细致的分析。The loss of State Owned Assets （SOA） crime causes tremendous losses to the development of national economy and becomes the huge impediment to the economic and political security of our country in the new situation. On the basis of the study on the measure of definition of loss of SOA, the paper discusses the principle that the penalty power intervenes the loss of SOA crime, and analyzes the concept, characteristics and type of the loss of SOA crime.
