摘　　要：引导公众有序参与城镇治安,既是当前建立和完善城镇治安防控体系的一种有效手段,也是市场经济条件下做好城镇治安工作的必然要求。正确引导公众有序参与城镇治安应从七个方面入手。Guiding the public to participate in keeping town security orderly is both an effective way to build and improve control system of town security and necessary demand to be good at town security under the condition of market economy. The article discusses the ways to guide the public to participate in keeping town security orderly from 7 aspects.
