摘　　要：为了使定性模拟技术在管理领域中得到广泛推广,针对管理领域中激励理论本身很难用已有理论证明的特点,运用QSIM定性技术并结合实例来模拟Porter & Lawler的激励模式,提出了定性条件下Porter & Lawler的激励模式的应用因果关系模型并加以模拟,用定性模拟技术来说明激励理论的科学性和增加其可操作性。In order that qualitative technology is abroadly used in the field of management, and to account that inspirit theory in management is hard to be testified by itself, this paper tryies to simulate Porter ＆ Lawler＇s inspirit matrix with the qualitative technolgy of QSIM and examples. An applied causal Porter ＆ Lawler＇s inspirit matrix is brought forward at the qualitative circumstance and it is simulated. And the rationality of inspirit theory is explained and the maneuverability is increased with qualitative technology.
