黄芪注射液及扶正流浸膏对大鼠诱发性肺癌抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：３－甲基胆蒽（ＭＣＡ）碘油溶液诱发大鼠肺癌过程中，用黄芪注射液及扶正流浸膏分别进行抑癌实验。发癌率（％）：黄芪组１６．２８，扶正组３６．９６，对照组５１．５２。黄芪组发癌率与对照组比较差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００５）。扶正组发癌率与对照组比较差异无显著性（０．２５＞Ｐ＞０．１）。光镜和透射电镜观察，各组癌例均为肺鳞癌，黄芪组与对照组不同，其特点：癌巢规整，核分裂相极少，核空化，明显角化，癌细胞表面突起锐减或肿胀，线粒体与粗面内织网极度扩张，膜结构破坏，枚染色质凝集、固结、核空化等，最后癌细胞崩解及消失。结果表明：黄芪注射液有明显抑癌效果。扶正组肺癌组织形态学呈退行性交的特点与黄芪组相似，据此，扶正流浸膏也可能有抑癌作用。During inducing the rat lung cancer with MCA-idine oil, the astragalus memhanaceus injection and Fuzheng extract were used to inhibit the carcinogenesis. The rates of carcinogenesis were 16.28% in astragalus group, 36.96% in Fuzheng group, and 51.52% in the control group. The difference of frequency between astragalus and control groups was significant (P<0.005) while the difference between Fuzheng and control groups was insignificant (0.1<P<0.25). All cancers found under light and electron microscopical examination were squamous cell carcinoma. In comparison with control, in astragalus group the cancer nests were in good order, the mitotic phase of nucleus was rare, which was vacuolated, with prominent cornification, the process on cell surface was obviously reduced, the cells were swollen, with mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum extremely dilated, the structure of cell membranes disrupted, the chromatin aggregated and pyknotic. All of these changes led the cancer cells to disintegrate and finally disappeared. The results suggested that astragalus injection could obviously inhibit the cancer growth. The rate of carcinogenesis and morphological changes in Fuzheng group were similar to those found in astragalus group. Fuzheng extract also had an inhibitory effect on the cancer growth.
