摘　　要：遗产旅游地是旅游业发展的重要物质载体,世界遗产旅游地的保护备受关注,创新与完善旅游管理体制是遗产旅游地保护的关键。从利益主体、经营管理模式、社区参与等角度,对国内外学者有关遗产旅游地管理体制的理论及实践研究进行了系统分析与比较评价,提出并展望了今后我国遗产旅游地管理体制研究的方向。Protection of world heritage was paid much attention to for the importance of being material carriers of tourism development, which depended on an innovative and consummated tourism management system to a high extent. From several aspects such as stakeholders, operation and management models etc, the author analyzed theoretical and practical researches in heritage resorts at home and aboard, and discussed the trends of management systems research in heritage resorts.
