中西医结合治疗急性动脉栓塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：本文采用中西医结合溶栓疗法治疗急性动脉栓塞１４５例，取得动脉复通率８１．００％、肢体存活率９０．５％、截肢率９．５％和死亡率１．３８％的理想效果。提出溶栓疗法是急性动脉栓塞的首选方法。One hundred and sixty cases of acute arterial emblism were admittd from 1990.7 to 1995.9 in this hospital and 145 of them were treated by integrated traditionalChinese and western medicine. The results showed: repatency rate 31%, survival rate of limbs 90.5%,amputation rate 9.5%, mortality 1.38%,The effects of treatment were emarkably improved comparating with the data of 1970s-1980s.The method of mainly by urokinase, with herbs of activating blood circulation and dispersing stasis, drugs of fibrinolysis of antiaggregation of platelets, of dilating blood vessel were used routinely in treating acute arterial embolism. The thrombolysis method by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute arterial embolism were first suggested as treatment of choice.
