摘　　要：针对国内传统的消石灰生产装置存在着操作环境粉尘大、生石灰消化率低、消石灰产率低、筛网易破碎、产品粒度不均匀、质量不稳定等问题,通过调研和消化吸收国外技术,建设了一套20 kt/a消石灰干法生产装置。介绍了工艺流程和设备选型,经5年的生产运行表明该国产化装置的产品质量稳定,产率高、自动化水平高、产品粒度调节范围广,操作环境明显改善,从而提升了我国干法生产消石灰的技术水平。For problems existing in traditional domestic slaked lime production plants,such as dusty operating environment,low slaking rate of quicklime,low productivity of slaked lime,breaking of screen,non-uniform product particle size and unstable quality,and through research and study of foreign technologies,a 20 kt/a dry-method slaked lime production plant is built.This article introduces the process flow and equipment selection.Five years of production operation shows that the plant made in China offers stable product quality,high productivity,high automation level,wide range of product particle size,and significantly improved operating environment,which has enhanced the technological level of China's dry-method slake lime production.
