摘　　要：简要介绍了采用磷酸浓缩法制粉状MAP的工艺流程,其特点是采用管式反应器、塔式干燥;以离心泵代替往复泵;采用沸腾床热风炉代替链条炉以便使用劣质粉煤;烟气间接换热,确保产品外观质量。经72 h性能考核证实,该新工艺是成功的,产品质量达到了GB 10205-2001中Ⅰ类产品优等品的指标,认为有推广价值。This article outlines the process flow for production of powder MAP based on the concentration of phosphoric acid,featuring the utilization of tubular reactor and tower dryer;using centrifugal pump in lieu of reciprocating pump;using boiling bed hot-blast stove in lieu of grate-fired furnace for the use of poor quality pulverized coal;and indirect heat exchange for flue gas so as to ensure appearance quality of the product.The 72 h performance test has shown that the new process is successful,and the product quality has reached indexes for Category I premium grade product in GB 10205-2001.It is considered that the process is worth promoting.
