摘　　要：目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定复方补骨质缓释片中补骨脂总黄酮含量的方法。方法:以补骨脂甲素为对照品,氢氧化钠为显色剂,测定波长为440nm。结果:在4.10～12.30μg.mL-1浓度范围内补骨脂甲素的吸收度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.5%(RSD=1.57%,n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,能准确测定复方补骨质缓释片中补骨脂总黄酮的含量。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the determination of the content of total Flavonoid in Fructus Psoraleae by UV spectrophotometry. METHODS： The determination was performed using Bavachin standard as control substance, and sodium hydroxide as color- developing agent, with the wavelength set at 440nm. RESULTS. The absorbency and concentration of Bavachin have good linearity in the range of 4.10-12.30μg · mL^ -1（ r = 0.999 8）. The average recovery rate was 100.5% （RSD = 1.57%, n = 9）. CONCLUSION： The method is easy to operate, highly accurate, reproducible and can be applied to determine the content of total Flavonoid in Fufang Psoralen corylifolia sustained - release tablets.
