摘  要:目的探讨儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达及意义。方法用流式细胞术检测27例ITP患儿和21例健康儿童外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的比例,以及CD4+T淋巴细胞表面CD25、FasL和Fas的表达率。结果ITP患儿CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值与对照组比较显著降低,CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞明显减少,CD4+CD25-细胞无明显改变,CD4+FasL+增多,CD4+Fas+减少。结论儿童ITP患者CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞显著减少,破坏自身免疫耐受,在ITP的发病中起重要作用。Objective It is to discuss the expression and significance of CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T lyrnphocytes in child with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods The ratio of the peripheral T lymphocyte subgroup in 27 children with ITP and 21 healthy children and the expression ratio of CD2s, FasL and Fas on CD4^+ T lymphocytes surface were detected with flow cytometry. Results CD3, CD4 and CD4/CDs ratio in obviously lower than that in control group, CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T lymphocytes obviously decreased, CD4^+ CD25^- lymphocytes had no obvious changes, CD4^+ FasL ^+ lymphocytes was increased and CD4^+ Fas^+ lmyphocytes was decreased. Conclusion CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T lymphocytes in ITP children were significantly decreased, destroyed autospecific immune tolerance and played an important role in the pathogenesis of ITP.
