腓动脉穿支供血腓肠神经筋膜皮瓣修复前足背皮肤缺损12例观察

摘　　要：目的观察以腓动脉穿支为血供的逆行腓肠神经筋膜皮瓣修复前足背皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法12例前足背皮肤软组织缺损患者清创后,根据腓动脉穿支情况,设计以腓动脉穿支供血的逆行腓肠神经筋膜皮瓣进行修复,并观察其疗效。结果经2～18个月随访,12例中除1例边缘部分坏死外,其余皮瓣全部成活。结论以腓动脉穿支为蒂的腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣,可有效修复前足部皮肤软组织缺损。Objective To observe the clinical outcomes of soft tissues defects repair in dorsal forefoot with the distal pedicle rural neurovascular island flap based on the perforating branches. Method After thorough debridement, 12 cases of soft tissues defects were repaired in dorsal forefoot by distal pedicle sural neurovascular island flap based on the perforating branches, and the clinical outcomes were observed. Results After 2 to 18 months follow-up, the flaps survived completely excluding marginal part necrosis in one case. Coulusion It is an effective method to repair the skin defects of dorsal forefoot with distal pedicle sural neurovascular island flap based on perforating branches of pemneal artery.
