超声引导穿刺硬化治疗卵巢非赘生性囊肿的临床观察及应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗卵巢非赘生性囊肿的临床应用价值。方法对41例患者包括单纯性卵巢囊肿、卵巢巧克力囊肿、卵巢冠囊肿、术后复发性囊肿进行囊液抽吸并无水乙醇硬化治疗。结果41例患者的49个囊肿均一次穿刺成功,抽出囊液50—560ml,平均161ml;44个囊肿穿刺后完全消失,5例有残留囊肿,直径2.2—3.1cm,平均(2.7±0.3)cm。结论超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢非赘生性囊肿是一种安全,有效的方法,有效率100%,治愈率90%。可以避免某些外科手术而达到与手术相媲美的效果,操作简单,价钱经济,患者痛苦较少,可重复性好。Objective To evaluate clinical applied value of treatment of no-vegetation ovarian cyst with ultrasound-guided drainage and ethanol sclerotherapy. Methods Forty-one patients with simply ovarian cyst, ovarian chocolate cyst, ovarian coronal cyst and recrudescent cyst after operation were treated with ultrasound-guided drainage and injected pure alcohol after that. Results Drainage of forty-nine cysts in forty-one patients was achieved by one time. Aspiration volume was 50-560ml, Average volume was 161 ml. Forty-four cysts disappear completely. Five cases have remaining cyst. The diameter is 2.2-3.1cm; average diameter is 2.7±0.3cm. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided drainage with inject pure alcohol therapy is a safe and effective method in novegetation ovarian cyst, and surgery may be avoidable in most cases. Availability rate is 100%; cure rate is 90%, This method is simple, economy, little pain, and better repetition.
