摘 要:为了弥补建立零件之间尺寸的等式关系的关联装配方式的不足,提出了一种符合自顶向下设计原则的自适应装配技术,使零件的尺寸和位置随着零件之间的装配关系自动调整.以拉伸特征为例,在三维特征造型系统的特征编码技术和三维装配约束求解技术的基础上,依据通用装配约束求解模块的要求转换自适应装配中的零部件和装配约束关系,调用通用装配约束求解模块求解,根据求解的结果对参与装配的零部件进行重构和装配,实现了零部件的形状尺寸和位置依据其装配约束关系自动调整.In order to overcome the disadvantages of constructing dimension equation among parts, adaptive assembly technology which conforms to the top-down design principle is presented to fulfill automatic adjustment in parts' dimensions and positions by the assembly constraint of parts. Based on feature coding mechanism and solving 3D assembly constraint satisfaction technique, the parts and constraints are converted according to the common solving 3D assembly constraint satisfaction program and solved. The parts are rebuilt and assembled on the base of solving result, therefore the parts' dimensions and positions are adjusted in accordance with assembly constraint. CAD software based on adaptive assembly technique has been aoolied successfully in a domestic enterprise.
