摘　　要：张潮是明清之际徽州出色的文学家、出版家,有诸多作品存世。张潮《虞初新志》对“虞初体”小说的贡献,主要体现在内容体式、编撰思想、小说观念等方面。Zhang Chao, an outstanding literaty and publisher in Huizhou at the turn pf Ming-Qing Dynasty, had a considerale number of books kept today. This article mainly expounds the content, genre, conception of editing and the concept of novels of Zhany＇s Yuchuxinzhi, a short-story anthology in classical Chinese, so to make known the comtribution of the compiled anthology to ＂Yuchu＂ novels.
