摘 要:用正交实验法考察了表面活性剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐(AESS)的合成工艺条件,反应的最佳条件为:马来酸酐与十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚的物质的量比为1.2∶1,酯化温度为85℃,催化剂用量为1.2%,酯化时间为5h,磺化温度为75℃,磺化时间2h。使用IR红外光谱对该产品进行了结构分析并对其乳化和增溶性能进行了测定。将其应用到微乳液聚合中,将制备的微乳液聚合物应用到皮革的复鞣试验中,能够很好的提高皮革的撕裂强度和抗张强度,但对皮革的柔软度产生了负面影响。The main factors affecting the synthesis of disodium sulfosuccinate of monolauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AESS) were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were the molar ratio of maleic anhydride and lanryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was 1.2 : 1; reaction temperature was 85 ℃; dosage of catalyst was 1.2%; reaction time was 5.0 h;. sulfonation at temperature of 75 ℃ for 2 h. The structure of it was studied by Fourier transform infrwered (FYIR). And the emulsifying power and solubilization were measured. The AESS was applied in the microemulsion polymerization, and this microemulsion polymer was used as leather retanning agent, which can improve the leather's tensile strength and tearing strength, but had reverse influence on the softness.
