摘　　要：2003年秋至2005年春2个油菜生长季分别到湖北和安徽2省12县市油菜产区进行病毒病发病情况调查,除局部地区和地块发病率达到20%～40%,多数大面积油菜发病率在0.1%以下。应用间接酶联免疫吸附法检测258份病害样品,TuMV占样品总数的90.7%,CMV占样品总数的8.9%,ORMV占样品总数的0.8%。In the surveys of virus diseases of oilseed rape made in 12 cities and counties of Hubei and Anhui Provinces from autumn of 2003 to spring of 2005, the disease incidence in most oilseed rape fields was less than 0. 1%, whereas the incidence in some fields nearby virus sources in the vegetable plots was up to 20%-40%. Serological diagnosis of the viruses revealed that the proportion of TuMV, CMV and ORMV was 90. 7%, 8. 9% and 0. 8%, respectively, in 258 diseased samples tested by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.
