摘　　要：采用积分清除电路对曼彻斯特码进行再生判决,具有结构简单、容易实现的特点,理论分析其误码率性能与理想的最佳接收机的性能相同。文中给出了理论分析,并根据理论分析设计了实际电路。设计采用0.25μmCMOS工艺在10 Base-T PHY芯片中得到了实际验证。A Manchester decoder using integrate-dump circuit is proposed. It has simple structure and is easy to implement using digital CMOS technology. Detailed analysis demonstrates that it has the same BER performance as the Matched filter receiver. This circuit is used in 10 Base-T PHY and is fabricated using 0. 25 μm CMOS technology. The testing result is also given in this paper.
