摘  要:在导出了相位起伏的观测值与电离层电子密度谱的关系式的基础上,通过经典谱分析指出:整个功率谱是由数个高斯谱组成,其包络仍是幂律谱,平均谱指数为0.63。大尺度起伏的稳定时间约为三小时。此外给出了一些工程建模所需要的参数。Theoretical relation between the observed largescale ionospheric phase fluctuation and the power spectrum of ionospheric electron density is derived. According to the classical spectrum analysis, it is indicated that the whole spectrum consists of several Gauss type spectrum, but, its envelope is still of power law type, the average index of spectrum is about 0. 63. the stable time interval for disturbance is about 3 hours. In addition the phase error induced in the interferoneter due to ionospheric large-scale irregularity is proportional to the base line length of the interferometer, and to the radio wave length. The distribution probabilities of the absolute value of phase error larger than 5°/km and 20°/km at frequency of 232 MHz are 41% and 3% respectively, the phase error of 1°/km corresponds to the gradient of total electron content along the baseline direction to be 4.8×1012/m2. km.
