湖北省2000～2005年肺结核病人发现情况分析

摘　　要：目的评价湖北省肺结核病人发现情况,以提高病人发现率。方法对湖北省实施新项目前、后两个阶段的病人发现报表进行对照分析。结果实施新项目后,湖北省疑似肺结核病人就诊率增长了53.99%,活动性肺结核病人增长了89.48%,涂阳肺结核病人增长了81.40%,新发涂阳肺结核病人增长了81.38%。结论项目的实施与覆盖是提高肺结核病人发现的基础。Objective To assess the effect in detection of tuberculosis （TB） patients in Hubei province. Methods The data eoneeming deteetion of TB patients before and after the new tuberculosis eontrol projeet were eolleeted and analyzed. Results After the new projeet was implemented, the attendanee rate of suspected tuberculosis eases was inereased by 53.99%, aetive tuberculosis patients inereased by 89.48 % smear positive tuberculosis patients inereased by 81.4 % and newly deteeted smear positive tuberculosis eases inereased by 81.38%. Conclusion The implementation and eoverage of the projeet are the basis for enhaneing the rate of detection of tuberealosis patient.
