高频彩色多普勒超声诊断软组织病变

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在软组织病变的诊断价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声对128例临床诊断软组织病变的患者进行检查,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果肌肉血肿18例,跟腱断裂5例,软组织蜂窝组织炎10例,肌间脓肿17例,骨化性肌炎8例,增生性肌炎2例,软组织及肌肉肿瘤38例,腱鞘囊肿10例,月国窝囊肿10例,异物存留12例,肌肉寄生虫2例。128例软组织病变中114例与病理诊断符合,超声诊断正确率为89.1%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查是软组织病变有效的检查方法。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of high frequency Soppler ultrasonography in identification of muscle and soft tissue. Methods One hundren and twenty eight patients with abnormalities in muscle and soft tissue were examined with high frequency Doppler ultrasonography. The results of retrospectively analyzed. Results Abnormalities in muscle and soft tissue were observed in all of the 128 patients including 18 cases with hematoma, 5 cases with rupture of Achille＇s tendon, 10 cases with cellulites of soft tissue, 17 cases with muscular abscess, 10 cases with ossifying myositis, 2 cases with myostitis of hyperplasy, 38 cases with muscular and soft tissue tumor, 10 cases with ganglionic cyst, 10 cases with cyst of popliteal fossa, 12 eases with foreign body in muscular and soft tissue and 2 cases with parasite. The results of high frequency Doppler ultrasonography were coincident with that of pathological examination with a correct diagnostic rate of 89.1% （ 114/128）. Conclusion The high frequency Doppler ultrasonngraphy is an effective means for examination of lesions in muscle and soft tissue.
