Quinimax治疗非洲恶性疟疾的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察Quinimax对非洲恶性疟疾的临床疗效。方法用法国生产Quinimax静脉注射治疗非洲恶性疟疾213例。同时用国产蒿甲醚胶囊口服治疗恶性疟疾213例进行疗效比较,5d1疗程。结果Quinimax组治疗有效率100%,其中临床治愈率56.3%,显效率43.7%,血内疟原虫清除率56.3%。复燃4.2%;蒿甲醚胶囊组治疗有效率100%,其中临床治愈率71.4%,显效率28.6%,血内疟原虫清除率71.4%。复燃5.6%。两组临床治愈率比较差异具显著性(P<0.01);血内疟原虫清除率比较差异具显著性(P<0.01)。Quinimax组对疟原虫血内清除率低于蒿甲醚胶囊组差异具显著性(P<0.01)。结论Quinimax和蒿甲醚胶囊对非洲黑人恶性疟疾的治疗均具有相当高的临床疗效,但5d疗法Quinimax对疟原虫血内清除率较低,该地区恶性疟疾对Quinimax可能产生了抗药性。Objective To observed the therapeutic effect of Quinimax on Plasmodium falciparum malaria in Africa. Methods Totally 213 Plasmodiumfalciparum malaria cases were treated with Quinimax （produced in France） in Africa （Quinimax Group） and another 213 Plasmodium falciparum malaria cases were, at the same time, treated with domestic artemether capsule （Artemether Group） for a course of 5 days. The results were compared. Results The cure rate, marked effeetive rate and effective rate in Quinimax Group were 56.3%, 43.7% and 100% with a parasite clearance rate and recurrent rate of 56.3% and 4.2%, respectively. While the cure rate, marked effective rate and effective rate in Artemether Group were 71.4%, 28.6% and 100% with parasite clearance rate and recurrent rate of 71.4% and 5.6%, respectively. Significant differences were observed in cure rates and parasite clearance rates in the two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Quinimax and Artemether capsule are highly effective for treatment of better efficiency for the treatment of Plasmodiumfalciparum malaria Africa in a course of 5 days. But the parasite clearancerate of Quinimax is relatively low that may lead to the occurrence of drug resistance.
