摘　　要：文章介绍了一种用于感应测井仪的高精度波形发生器的设计原理、实现方法及软硬件结构等。该系统基于高性能FPGA芯片XCS4010而设计,克服了传统波形发生器中频率不稳定的缺点,实现了信号的相位调节,提高了输出波形的精度,为感应测井仪器的发展提供了方法和途径。The paper introduces the principle,realization means and configuration of the highly precise waveform generator which is used in Introduction tool.The system which designed on the basis of the high precise chip FPGA XCS4010,overcomes the disadvantage of the instability on the traditional waveform generator's instable frequency accomplishes the phase modulation of the signal,advances the precision of the wave and supplies a new way for the development of Induction Tool.
