摘　　要：本文介绍云峰发电厂2号水轮发电机TS893／210-48型和沈阳热电厂2号汽轮发电机TQ-25-2型定子绕组沥青云母绝缘灌注环氧树脂合成物后又连续安全运行了18—20年的成功经验。灌注后绝缘的介电特性、热传导性、整体性和静弯曲应力恢复到新绝缘状态。文中还给出了2号水轮发电机TS893／210-48型4个高电位抽样线棒和2号汽轮发电机TQ-25-2型2个高电位抽样线棒从1985到2005年间跟踪监结果。This paper describes the successful experience of life extension for the two old generators with asphalt insulation, by injecting epoxy resin complex into the stator insulation. The dielectric properties, thermal conductivity, integrity and static bend stress were rejuvenated to the condition of new insulation after the injection. The paper also describes the tracing test results of some samples of top bars with high potential obtained during the time of overhaul from 1985 to 2005. The two rejuvenated generators had safely operated for 18 and 20 years up to 2003 and 2005 respectively.
