摘 要:目的探讨慢性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉病人嗓音声学参数的变化,评价嗓音声学参数对喉良性病变的诊断意义。方法采用Dr.Speech软件对85例喉良性病变病人进行嗓音声学检测,并与正常嗓音检测结果进行比较分析。结果声带小结声门嗓声能量(NNE)值与慢性喉炎比较,差异有显著性(F=13.10,q=3.72,P<0.05)。声带息肉基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、NNE声学参数值与慢性喉炎参数值比较,差异有显著性(F=5.96~13.10,q=4.48~7.13,P<0.05)。声带息肉shimmer、NNE的声学参数值与声带小结比较差异有显著性(q=3.85、3.68,P<0.05)。结论嗓音声学分析对诊断慢性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉有较大的价值。Objective To analyze the voice parameters of chronic laryngitis, vocal nodule and vocal polyp, and to evaluate the significance of these parameters in the diagnosis of the involved disease. Methods Voice acoustic parameters of 85 patients with benign diseases were measured by Dr. Speech Science for Windows, and compared with the normal voice. Results The difference of NNE between the vocal nodules and chronic laryngitis was significant (F= 13.10,q=3.72,P〈0.05). The jitter and shimmer were significantly different between the vocal polyps and chronic laryngitis (F= 5.96-13.10, q= 4.48-7.13, P〈 0.05). The difference of shimmer and NNE between the vocal nodules and the vocal polyps was significant (q= 3.68, P〈0. 05). Conclusion Voice acoustic parameters are of greater value in the diagnosis of chronic laryngitis, vocal nodule and vocal polyp.
