摘 要:目的通过对康复专科医院医院感染现患率的调查,探讨发生医院感染的相关因素,不断改进医院感染管理工作。方法由医院感染管理专职人员和经过培训的监控医师进行病历调查和床旁调查,填写统一的个案登记表;采用SPSS10.0统计软件对收集的资料进行统计分析。结果共调查住院患者509人,发生医院感染33例,35例次,医院感染现患率为6.48%,例次现患率为6.88%;重症监护室医院感染现患率最高,为33.33%,其次是内科11.54%;医院感染部位构成以泌尿道感染所占比率最高,达48.57%;康复患者的医院感染率为5.97%,其中以脊髓损伤患者感染最多(8.51%);年龄≥60岁、泌尿道插管者医院感染率分别为10.31%与30.00%。结论康复患者以泌尿道感染为主,高龄与泌尿道插管是其医院感染的高危因素。Objective To investigate the point prevalence rate of nosocomial infection(NI) in patients in rehabilitation hospital and evaluate the related factors of NI, so as to improve the management of NI. Methods Medical re cords and bedside data of inpatients were investigated by NI management professionals and trained surveillance clinicians on a single day, questionnaires about NI cases were filled out, data were analysed statistically with SPSS10. 0 software. Results Five hundreds and nine inpatients were investigated, 33 patients developed 35 cases NI, the point prevalence rate of NI was 6. 48%, case infection rate was 6. 88% ; point prevalence rate was the highest in patients in intensive care unit, which was 33. 33%, the next was internal medicine department, which was 11.54%; the main infection site was urinary tract(48. 57%); NI rate in rehabilitated patients and spinal cord injury patients was 5. 97% and 8. 51% respectively, NI rate in patients ≥60 years old and patients received urinary catheters was 10. 31% and 30. 00% respectively. Conclusion Urinary tract infection was the main infection in patients in rehabilitation hospital, elderly patients and urinary catheters were the high risk factors for nosocomial infection.
