文化安全:文化生态的视野

摘　　要：文化安全是国家安全的一个重要内容。当前我国面临的文化安全形势日趋严峻,文化安全问题逐渐凸显。目前我国文化建设中存在的种种不良现象,已造成了我国文化发展的严重失衡,由此引发的文化安全问题,很大程度上是由于缺乏生态意识所致。文化生态理论为文化安全的研究提供了一个独特的视角。文化生态本身作为一个生态组织系统应构建文化生态良性运行机制,目前亟需做好整合文化资源、繁荣文化事业、发展文化产业、扩大文化外交等工作。Culture security is an important part of national security. Chinese culture security is faced with more serious situation and its problem has come into being. There is the variety of unhealthy phenomena in Chinese culture construction at present which have brought out severe disparity of culture development that caused problems of culture security. These problems are caused by lacking of ecological consciousness. The theory of culture ecology put a particular visual angle to culture security study. As an ecological organization, culture ecology should establish its positive operation mechanism which includes the work of conforming culture resource, of flourishing culture undertakings, of developing culture industry, broadening culture diplomacy etc.
