舒利迭吸入治疗儿童哮喘的效果

摘　　要：目的　观察吸入舒利迭对儿童哮喘的治疗效果。方法　对60例中、重度哮喘病儿给予舒利迭吸入治疗，分别于治疗前及治疗后1、3、6个月测量呼气峰流速（PEF）值。结果与治疗前比较，治疗后1、3、6个月PEF值明显增高，差异有显著性（t=2．24～6．51，P〈0．05、0．01）。结论 舒利迭吸入对中、重度哮喘病儿具有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Seretide inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods Children with moderate or severe asthma n= 60） were treated with Seretide inhalation. The percentage of peak flow was measureed before and 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment. Results The percentage of peak flow measured 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than that measured before treatment （t= 2.24-6.51;P〈0.05,0.01）. Conclusion Seretide inhalation can bring a satisfactory therapeutic result to children with moderate or severe asthma.
