摘 要:介绍了由光栅传感器构成的磨床测控系统的发展过程,给出了系统设计的总体思路,论述了在系统可编程技术在系统中的应用。采用数字化锁相式光栅莫尔条纹信号细分理论及可编程逻辑器件集成化技术,利用在系统可编程逻辑器件ispLSI1032设计出数字化锁相倍频电路,实现了数字化控制,提高了信号的跟踪能力,系统的测控精度、集成度及可靠性大幅度提高。The development process of grinder measure and control system which is made of grating sensor was introduced, the system design's total idea was given, the application of ISP technology was discussed in details. The adoption of digital locked-phase grating Moire fringe interpolation method and ISP technology, the ispLS11032 was used to implement digital locked-phase and frequency multiplication circuit so that the device realized digital control, signal tracking ability was advanced, measure and control precision, integrating degree and reliability of the system was improved remarkably.
