摘　　要：目的了解流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)的临床特征,为其防治提供参考资料。方法对87例流脑患者的临床资料进行了调查分析。结果87例患者中,16-20岁的患者最多,占49.4%;发病季节主要在春冬季,尤其以3-4月份高发,占52.9%。普通型为66例(75.9%)、暴发型17例(19.5%)、轻型4例(4.6%);来自农村患者28例(31.8%)、城镇患者59例(68.2%);有明确流脑疫苗接种史的仅为16例(18.4%);好转治愈率88.3%(78/87)、死亡率6.8%(6/87)。结论流脑发病有明显的季节性,青少年多见;疫苗接种率低,应加强监控和预防接种。Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Method 87 patients with epidemic eerebrospinal meningitis were retrospectively analyzed for their clinical data. Results Most of patients were more than 10 years old ,and ）he diseases happened mainly in the winter and spring. Most patients were common type 75.9% ,and other were storm type and light type. Rate of vaccine inoculation, cure or improving were 18.4% and 88.3%. Conclusion It is most important that we should try our best to monitor the disease and vaccination should be strengthened.
