参附注射液联合前列腺素E_1治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参附注射液联合前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法95例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组45例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用参附注射液(24mg静脉滴注,每日2次)和PGE1(10μg静脉注射,每日1次),15d为1疗程;对照组仅用常规治疗。治疗前后观察症状体征、心功能、血气和血液流变学变化。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率(88%),临床症状体征、心功能、动脉血气及血液流变学等各项指标较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参附注射液注射液联合PGE1治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭有良好的疗效。Objetive To investigate the effects of Shenfu injection and prostaglantin E1 （PGE,） on the pneumocardial disease with heart failure.Methods 95 patients of pneumocardial disease with heart failure were randomly divided into therapy group（50cases） and control group（45cases）.The patients in therapy group received routine therapy plus intravenous 24rag Shenfu injection twice a day and intravenous 10p.g PGE, once a day for 15 days.The patients in control group only received routine therapy.Before and after therapy,the changes of the clinicl symptoms, the cardiac function, the arterial blood gas,the hematological dynamics were measured.Results The total efficacy rate of theropy group was 88.0%.1n post-treatment,the changes of the clinical symptoms,the cardiac function,the arterial blood gas and the hematological dynamics were obviously improved compared with pre-treatment（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in therapy group compared with control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion Shenfu injection in combination with PGE, have obvious efficacy in treating the pneumocardial disease with heart failure.
