摘　　要：近些年来,反倾销一直是国际贸易中的热点问题,很多国家都采用反倾销措施来保护本国产业。美国不仅是世界上最早制定反倾销法的国家之一,也是采用反倾销措施最多的国家之一。学习和研究美国反倾销法,通过对中美两国反倾销法中关于倾销的的确定,反倾销调查程序,反规避措施等方面的比较研究,可以看出我国反倾销立法之不足。In the recent years,anti-dumping has been a hot issue in international trade.Many countries use anti-dumping measures to protect their own national industries.The U.S.A is more than just the first country to have anti-dumping laws,but also the one which uses the law most frequently.By comparing （1）the definition of anti-dumping;（2）the investigation procedure; and （3） the antievasion measures of China＇s and America＇s anti-dumping laws,we can see the effects in our legislation of anti-dumping laws.
