摘　　要：因特网不仅对当今现实社会产生深刻的影响,而且也对传统的法学理论和法律规则带来前所未有的挑战。如何解决网络社会所产生和引发的各种复杂的法律问题,具有十分重要的理论价值与实践意义。因此,本刊特委托教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地武汉大学国际法研究所郭玉军教授主持网络社会与国际法律问题的专题讨论。本专题编发的几篇论文主要涉及电子交易中的电子错误及其责任承担、电子提单的流通性、网上个人资料保护、WTO体制下电子商务的规制、网络版权的国际统一实体法保护等新颖而又重要的问题,以期为我国有关立法与实践提供有益的参考。Internet has not only seriously influenced the physical world,but also challenges the traditional theories and rules of law.How to resolve the various complicated legal issues arising from cyber space is of great importance.Therefore,the editorial board invites Guo Yujun,Professor of Institute of International Law,Wuhan University,to discuss legal issues in cyber from national and international law perspectives.This symposium deals with Electronic Error and its Liabilities,Negotiation of Electronic Bills of Lading,Personal Data Protection in China,rules of E-commerce in the WTO Trading System,Protection for Internet Copyright in International Uniform Substantive Law.It is desired that our efforts can provide valuable suggestions to improve legislations and practices in China.
