摘　　要：受刑人虽然身披刑罚,但仍不失其为一国公民的身份,仍不失其为人的事实,仍不失其诉求有尊严的生活的权利。处在一个特殊的弱势群体中,受刑人权利更容易受到侵犯,受刑人更需要人权,更需要尊严,更应当有特殊的权利保障。Although a punished man is being punished, he still owns the citizenship of a state, personality and the right of pursuing honourable life. Punished men are a special vulnerable group, so their rights are easier to be invaded. They especially need human rights, dignity and special benefits security.
