摘 要:以化学试剂及工业原料配料,研究了MnO_2对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料煅烧及矿物形成的影响。结果表明,在1250℃的较低温度下煅烧,随MnO_2掺量提高,熟料中的fCaO显著升高,但随煅烧温度升高,MnO_2的不利影响减小;以工业原料配制的生料,掺加MnO_2在低于1350℃时可获得煅烧良好的熟料。当MnO_2的掺量小于1%时,C_3S矿物的形成量提高,而当MnO_2的掺量大于2%时,C_3S矿物的形成量明显减少。掺加MnO_2不利于硫铝酸盐矿物的形成,随试样中MnO_2掺量的提高,铁铝酸盐相的形成量增加。The influence of MnO2 on the bumability and mineral formation of alite- sulphoaluminate cement clinker was studied. The results showed that when the raw mix with MnO2 burned at a lower temperature (1250℃), the amount of fCaO increased remarkably as the adding amount of MnO2 increased, otherwise, with the increasing of the burned temperature, the effect of MnO2 decreased. The raw mix prepared with commercial raw materials adding MnO2 burned at the temperature lower than 1350℃ could get high grade clinker. The formation of C3S mineral increased when the adding amount of MnO2 was lower than 1% while decreased obviously when the addition of MnO2 was higher than 2%. The MnO2 was not helpful for formation of sulphoaluminate mineral. With the adding amount of MnO2 increasing, the formation amount of ferrite aluminate phase increased remarkably.
