摘  要:简要介绍了上横梁吊装方案的比选,重点介绍了某斜拉桥主塔上横梁大型空间桁架结构的加工、运输、吊装等关键施工技术,并进行了安全性检算。实践证明,运用上横梁连续千斤顶悬吊安装方案,切实解决了无支撑大吨位钢横梁高空吊装及对位焊接难题,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The comparison and choice of various suspended fixing plans for upper transversal beams are briefly introduced in the paper, with stress laid on the introduction of the key manufacturing, transporting and suspended fixing techniques for the large-type space truss of the upper transversal beam of the main tower of a certain stayed cable bridge and its safety-checking computations performed. It has been proved in practice that the application of the continuous-jack-suspended-fixing technique to upper transversal beams may practically solve the problems of the fixing of large-type space steel transversal beams and buttwelding. It may serve as a reference for similar projects.
