摘  要:为提高高寒环境下牦牛的繁殖能力,选用青海大通种牛场半血野牦牛(n=12),进行了同期发情和超数排卵试验。结果表明,用氯前列烯醇处理后的发情率为(12/12)100%,用药后25—36h之间发情的占(3/12)25%、37—48h之间发情的占(9/12)75%。用中科院动物所生产FSH8.4 mg、FSH8.8mg、PVP包埋FSH 8.5mg和新西兰产FSH 15mg进行超数排卵。结果表明,用中科院动物所生产FSH 8.8mg超数排卵处理后,回收胚胎17枚,有效胚胎12枚,头均4枚;用新西兰产FSH15 mg超数排卵后,回收胚胎2枚,有效胚胎2枚,头均0.7枚,其他两组没有得到胚胎。This paper was studied on the superovulation and synchronization estms of Semi-wild yak in Datong county of Qinghai province. 12 semi-wild yaks were treated with cloprostenol for synchronization estms, the estms rate is 100%. The oestrus rate is 25% after injection of 25 to 36 hours, 75% .after 37 it) 48 hours. 12 semi-wild yaks, which have been synchronization estms, were divided into 4 groups, and respectively treated with FSH 8.4 mg, FSH 8.5 mg enwrapped by PVP, FSH15 mg produced by New Zealand for superovulation estrus. The results showed that 17 embryos were retrieved, 12 of them available, average 4 available embryos produced by every animal treated with FSH 8.8 mg;2 embryos, 2 of them available, average 0. 7 available embryos produced by an animal treated with FSH 15 mg made of New Zealand, no embryos in others groups. The results indicated that synchronization estms brought about obvious effect for animals treated with CLO" during reproduce season in yak. The oestms time was between 25 and 48 hours after injection. The external purified FSH 8.8 mg could stimulate follicle devel- oping and mature and superovulate effectively.
