摘　　要：介绍了自主开发的XZ42系列水平分型脱箱射压造型线的技术特点,该造型线采用了射砂填砂和予紧实,中压压实工艺,具有紧砂质量高,不需要大量昂贵而且易损坏的砂箱,辅机少等特点,非常适合中小型铸件的生产;叙述了该造型线在工厂的使用情况,并指出了下一步的改进方向。The technical characteristics of self - developed XZ42 series horizontal parting and removable flask shoot and squeeze molding line are introduced. In this molding line, because sand is filled by shooting and pre - rammed, the compacting quality is high and most costly and fragile flasks are not needed, little assisting machine used. The line is best suited for the production of small and medium casting. The application in foundry is described and the developing direction is pointed out.
