摘  要:DC-SIGN是一种特异表达于树突状细胞(DC)表面的Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白,在机体生理和病理免疫调节中发挥着重要作用,可以与ICAM-3结合,从而介导DC与T细胞的相互作用,其CRD区可以与HIV-1、HCV、结核杆菌等多种病原体表面糖蛋白结合,从而促进病原体感染。最近的研究表明DCSIGN与肿瘤免疫、免疫逃避也密切相关。DC-specific ICAM-3-grabbing nonintegrin (DC-SIGN), a C-type lectin expressed in DCs, plays an important role in immune regulation in physiological and pathological conditions, such as inflammation,autoimmune disease, and cancer. DC-SIGN mediates the interaction of DC and T lymphocytes by binding to ICAM-3. And DC-SIGN is known to bind with high affinity to envelope glycoproteins of various pathogens, including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis C virus, as well as to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The new research showed DC-SIGN is related to tumor immunity also.
