疑难的宫内节育器异位的诊治

摘　　要：总结宫内节育器（ＩＵＤ）异位２１例，全部为全属单环。ＩＵＤ部分嵌入子宫肌壁１３例，经阴道取器；子宫外异位８例，于阴道手术失败后，经开腹取器。指出了Ｘ线。Single metal rings were found in all the 21 cases with ectopic intrauterine devices (IUDs) in this study.Among them 13 cases had partial incarcerated IUDs which were removed via the vaginal route, and the other 8 cases whose removal of the IUDs of the X-ray, ultrasonographic and hysteroscopic examinations in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic IUDs was assessed thuough clinical analysis.
