补肾壮阳口服液的部分药效学研究

摘　　要：对补肾壮阳口服液的主要药效学进行了研究，结果表明：补肾壮阳液能明显提高雄性去势大鼠阴茎对外部刺激的兴奋性，对大鼠生殖器官的重量及脏器指数无影响。明显延长小鼠低温游泳的存活时间，延缓氢化可的松所致的小鼠体重下降，并对大黄型脾虚小鼠有明显的治疗作用。提示该药具有补肾壮阳、益气之功效。The pharmacodynamics of Bu-shen Zhuang-yang (Renal Tonic) Oral Liquor (BSZYOL) was studied. The results showed that the liquor could produce remarkable excitement of sexual function in the castrated rats regardless of their reproductive organ relative weight.It could also prolong the survival time of the mice swimming at low temperatures and prevent the loss of weight in mice on hydrocortisone. It was proved that the liquor had a therapeutic effect on mice with insufficiency of the spleen caused by the Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. All this suggested that the recipe had an effect of reinforcing the kidney, supporting the yang, and invigorating the qi.
